“ My husband picked up dinner and realized when he got home that our Cheladas, Hot Sauce, and Jalapenos were missing. He drove back and I called the store. I spoke with the manager (an older female that's been in the industry for 34 years). She was extremely sweet She apologized profusely and was so genuine. She even found some Taco Bucks for a future purchase for our troubles. She personally made sure each item was delivered the second time which instantly made my husband happy. Thank you so much and if I can get the manager's name, I'll update my review. Customer service is difficult to navigate at times, but she's clearly an experienced professional!! Taco Casa, you better treat her right and pray she chooses to stay with you. ”
